The friends said she took drugs willingly and consented to sex. I'm not trying to condone anything but what is to stop a girl/woman from calling rape on just about any sexual activity that they regret?

As said you can;t give consent if drugged up. If you could then date rape drug would be used every where.

It seams to me the police are reluctant to lay charges so we are probably missing part of the story. If she was indeed raped and pictures posted on the net then the police should prosecute mercilessly.
Some of the teenagers think this was all consensual, however if the girl was indeed drudged up this would absolutely be a gang rape.
