Actually, that was Serious Sam: The Second Encounter

more of a glorified expansion in many ways, and not really a true sequal

As far as the guy that wanted a 24 based real time game, it would be impossible to properly do, as it would have to be something like a rail shooter to keep real time intact (player exploration of an environment can never be a true real time thing as either things would be beaten too fast or too slow/perhaps simply losing if the time hits)

hahaha, I've had SS: SE since the day it hit the shelves. SS2 will be based on a new game engine, the screenshots that I've seen have kicked ass.

Nothing really...the expansion pack for DoW I guess, don't know if that qualifies as a game though.

Well, I've only played LAN games with or against friends, but I always use the name *exciting silence...* Sunner.

In fact, I use it in all games

That said, what I meant by the gaming industry having gone downhill is, back in the day I didn't even have time to play all the games I wanted to.
Now I have far less time, but I still can't find enough games to keep me busy.

95+ percent of all the new games that show up these days are just pure junk.
