Last I heard there was no next UT yet. They are working on an unnamed new franchise now, no unreal planned. It'd be in 2007+.

It'll likely be the first game based off the hallowed Unreal Engine 3, which means a couple years wait

Oblivion for me too. And I'm thinking the same thing...if I pick up an XPS 2, I hope the mobile 6800 Ultra can handle Oblivion with all the eye-candy turned up. If Oblivion is a sign of things to come (and also the Unreal 3 engine), I'm not sure the vanilla mobile 6800 will be able to keep up, but I'm praying the Ultra will.

I think civ3 is a good game but I never tried civ2 I hope civ4 looks better than ever.

Any sort of expansion for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn Of War. Eleven bloody missions for only one of the races? The game kicks arse, but it needs a Hell of a lot more out of the box.

By the way, has anyone else heard anything about a new game in the System Shock series coming out?

No the first game is what Epic is making right now, the unnamed franchise they are starting. They are calling the engine Unreal, but they are doing a new franchise for the game. The 2nd game will be an MMOFPS by some random company that will fail, so don't get your hopes up.
