Hm no homeworld on GoG or Steam?

Also, that reminds me...there seem to be very few LOTR games on Gog or Steam; are they all on other services or are we stuck buying them on amazon for outrageous prices?

Neverwinter nights 1/2 expansions too,
Witcher 1 and 2
Mass effect
Batman all 3 games
Tomb raider the new one.
Fable 1/2/3
assasins creed games all have long storys too.
Dungeon siege 3 the original 1/2 are quite old now.
Just some good story tell games off the top of my head.

Mass Effect Series for sure. Mass Effect 1's controls are a bit crude, and the inventory system is annoying. But 2 and 3 really nail it down. Playing through those will easily suck up 120 hours of your life (If you play the side quests and DLC's). But the story and characters are great. It my favorite game series ever.

I would also suggest The Witcher series. The Witcher 3 will be out this year, so good time to play through the first two. The Witcher 1 is a bit dated, but 2 is pretty polished and plays great. Well, minus the inventory system which annoyed me.

One of my discovery and surprise was Divinity 2.
One of the best "modern" RPG I played in a long time.

Combat is ok, nothing outstanding but still ok and simple.

The story, while fantasy generic, is filled with humorous and WTF moments that kept me hooked to this game to the point where I played it through at least 4 times.

Great RPG.
