Firstly, I'm not a native speaker so probably I will make mistakes in this post. My problem is as it says in the title Game textures loading slow.For example I can see the grasses in front of me loading or spawn of NPC's.But here's something you need to know, Water was spilled(or poured) on the computer 1-1.5 months ago.At first there was no problem, but 2 weeks later this problem started to occur. I've observed this problem in Red Dead Redemption 2, Dark Souls 3 and Forza Horizon 4. But I'm sure Other games have this problem too. At first I thought this problem was caused by HDD so I am asking this question under "Memory and Storage" title. But I checked my hdd with HD Tune and I think this problem is not related with HDD. I will put the screenshot below for you to be sure and If you want I can upload 2 or 3 videos on youtube(because I cant upload here because it's size too much) if you need. I'm wondering which hardware is causing this problem. I hope I could write clearly and properly.
