I love it. They seal up the phone and make the battery non-replaceable for no good reason. And in the process, one little defect ends up costing them over a billion dollars. That is Karma, and you know how she can be. If the customer could access the battery, they could simply send out new batteries and save 10 times more than all the money they ever saved by making the battery non-replaceable. I love it when Karma pays a visit to those who deserve it.
