as much as i hate to say it, but i have a feeling its going to be no.
They will probably sell it off as new, and not even refurbished, which by definition it should be.
But samsung will need to recoop the losses from the recall, and i highly doubt they will dump the million or so note 7's as refurbished, especially when they need to tear apart the phone almost entirely to get access to the battery.
