That's what I got.
I just ordered my Zotac yesterday morning, just got it about 30min ago and have the same issue as you. I was extremely excited until I turned it over to see a plain backplate. Now I'm extremely disappointed. For $1k I expect this beast to come with everything shown, even the print.
Going to demand a new backplate or a whole new card, I got this at my local BestBuy so I'm waiting to see what Zotac will say first by email before I go return for a new card.
