Are you drinking something or sniffing something dude ?
I have nothing against G.Skill and none manufacturer, I don't have a personal preference over a manufacturer...the only preference I've got is over my pocket ( my money ) and performance ( mainly overclocking ).
There's no bad module out there, only bad chips.
As long as a stick ( DIMM ) sports D9GMH/D9GKX chips, and they're not purposely selected for a low model ( low binning ), then they'd do like every other D9GMH/D9GKX stick.
Be it G.Skill, be it GeIL, be it Mushkin, Super Talent, Corsair, OCZ, A-Data, Crucial, Bugatti ( oh well

) it doesn't matter, it's down to the chips themselves.
just a simple example...crucial pc2-6400...125$ ( cheaper than the G.Skill 2GBHZ ) and surely Micron D9GMH...not only that, it looks like Crucial has been speed-binning their Ballistix sticks a lot lately they all do very good ( retail samples )...same price quotes can be found on Mushkin's XP2-6400 which is also D9GMH only...
If I were specifically looking for Micron chips I'd buy something that's guaranteed to have them, not something that might have them.
p.s. Don't imply that I have a vendetta or personal favor over a manufacturer again please, because:
1) I'm don't
2) I find it offending
thanks,
