The cowboys stadium was $1.3 billion according to wikipedia.

But... $1.6 billion for THAT? Seems like a terrible deal. Its a decently nice stadium, sure, but it makes it seem like Dallas got some good value for their money. Cowboys stadium has a retractable roof, huge ass screen, the largest stadium in the NFL, and some interesting architecture. What does this stadium have?

I would imagine land + labor + construction materials are more expensive in NJ than it is in Texas
