I read the title and my six year old imagination goes straight to actual giants and fighter jets battling it out in NY.

yep, his helmet flew off then he fell onto someone's shoulder pad which lanced his eyebrow. (is that how it went down?) nice battle wound.

It looked like his chin strap came out from under his chin and rode up to his nose when he bumped into his own running back.
Then when he was hit from behind and his helmet came off backwards I thought maybe it struck his forehead as it did,
They had a bad angle, but it also could have happened when he went down with his face first into the defensive player.

It was a nice clean cut. Like a razor blade. Looked very deep. And the blood squirting out was awesome in HD on a large screen.

it wasn't his hat that caused the cut. when the jet hit him from behind pushing him forward again he hit another jet and the giant again. looks like he caught the giant in the lower shoulderpad against his eye area that caused the cut.

Jets better hope Cromartie has a stellar season in terms of covering his man because he can't tackle for shit assuming he even attempts a tackle

I'm not sure it was the shoulder pad. It may have been the Jet player's (no. 36) facemask that hit Eli's head. A shoulder pad shouldn't have caused that damage.

Jets look like could be fun this year.

And that looked like a hockey injury for Eli! D:

That's the most expensive stadium at 1.6 Billions, surpassing the cowboys stadium at 1 billion.

The cowboys stadium was $1.3 billion according to wikipedia.

But... $1.6 billion for THAT? Seems like a terrible deal. Its a decently nice stadium, sure, but it makes it seem like Dallas got some good value for their money. Cowboys stadium has a retractable roof, huge ass screen, the largest stadium in the NFL, and some interesting architecture. What does this stadium have?

I'm partial to Lucas Oil of course, but I do enjoy the Cowboys stadium too. I'm hoping to take in a game there in the not-so-distant future.
