I just use folders for each movie or series. When you browse in the 360 blades you can see the folder structure so you can select from there. It's pretty easy to do.

I have a modded Xbox with a 250GB HD, but I would rather use my 360 since it can also do high-def.

Yea, but there's no HD upscaling and you need to mod it. Unacceptable.

If you have a nice receiver, it will upscale it for you (component>HDMI). As for the mod, ah, there are soft mods available but obviously it'd be up to you if you want to go through the hassle.

Only 250GB? ;) I just think XBMC looks WAAY better than the 360's interface.
