As long as it has the words MAX or Pro or Ultra in it (or a combination of them!). We call that Behringer fever. :D

Hey, I have two Behringer mixers and they're pretty good for the money. LOL.

That BFG quote above gives the impression that the guy just had enough of the very tough competition that is the OEM graphics card market. Slim margins, if any. Maybe BFG wasn't able to diversify like the other vendors. Mobos, Power Supplies, Accessories, etc.

They'll be back. Their brand recognition will cause some other company to snap them up from the pits of bankruptcy.

I've been clerking w/ a bankruptcy lawyer this summer, so if anybody was thinking about contacting a lawyer over this you would want to do it very soon and do it for a large number of cards. When a company files you only have a certain time period to get your claim recognized by the bankruptcy court so they can start going ahead with the liquidation of assets to pay off known claims. Your claim would most likely fall under unsecured creditor class and your claim would be pennies on the dollar. Very likely not going to be worth it if you even could get your complaint in still.

I have a love/hate relationship with their stuff. The labeling is icing on the cake! :D

For the money? Absolutely! Everyone wants Allen & Heath but their wallet dictates something different. ;)

I worked in the insolvency department of an accounting firm for a few months. Unsecured is pretty crappy. If I recall correctly, getting 25 cents on the dollar was amazing. Others I saw were mostly around 7 cents. You get paid after the secured and preferred creditors.
