...Wouldn't mind them if they weren't deadly.

Walked out on the front porch earlier and spotted at least 10 brown recluses(sp?) out there. Guess I need to stay inside.

If there's 10 just outside the door, I imagine quite a few should be inside...

Tell them to get the fvck out of there, if they don't then start stomping. They'll respect your authoritah, trust me.

My biggest concern. Haven't spotted any inside yet though.

No doubt about it, they were brown recluses. Extremely popular where I live.

Well, as long as they aren't under your skin you should be happy. :D

My biggest concern is they are coming out of my attic.

Yeah, I got spiders coming out all over the place too. If any of them are venomous, well, I am just SOL. :(

I just wish they would stop trying to crawl on my monitor or on my ankle when I am deep into a COD2 match, lol.

On a serious note, do people around there get bitten often?
I lived in Cinci for a few years and dont remember hearing much about these spiders....

Around here, yes. A guy that works for me has been bitten twice as well as having his kids in the ER for bites on a few occasions.

I get weird bites all the time... I guess they must be spider bites as the skeeters aren't really in bloom yet.

Can't wait to make my move to So CA soon. Much easier to deal with spiders/skeeters there. ;)

Isnt there some deterrent that you plug in that you cant hear, that will ward them off? Im no wuss, but that sh1t would freak me out.

Haven't heard of anything. Haven't seen them in house yet, but I don't want to risk it either. I found where they sneak out of on the porch and it appears as though they are living in the attic. I want to off those pieces of ******, hence I called Orkin and tried to set up service.

I get that every where I live... I might as well enjoy the weather and be driving distance to Vegas and TJ. Oh yeah, and my GF lives there too... she might be the sore one... ;)

Ok this is fvcking WEIRD. I can't recall seeing a spider in the apartment the two years I've lived here. As I'm reading this thread I see a spider running across the wall right above my pillow. I did manage to kill it after some strategery and a staredown.
