it doesn't take me long to earn it, they need it more than i do,
they're incredibly grateful, and nobody would choose that kind of life.
you'd be surprised at what a little kindness can do.

These fvcking Pan Handlers ( The Same One's ) always come and asks for money.
They don't even bother asking for change anymore. Now they ask for $1.00 dollar.
GET A FVCKING JOB YOU PAN HANDLING MOFO'S
Today like 30 min ago I had one in a Fubu Jacket, come to me while me and my roommate was at checkers picking up some food.
I said no, and as soon as he starts walking away, he sees another car across the street at Wendy's and chased the car for money.
Good thing that I stopped carrying around real money. Now all I carry around is a debit card.

Wow, what a topic...!
Panhandling is now legal here in our city and I think it's one of the worst moves our government has made. People are on every corner downtown, and they'll even come into businesses, the universities and churches to beg. My biggest problem is that these panhandlers can get downright pushy and some even act as though it's their right to demand money. I don't have a problem with helping people out, but you've also got to consider why these people are out on the street. I am not saying this is the case for all panhandlers, but if they were able to manage their money correctly, would they be begging? One good thing the city has done though is implement this key program. You buy a key for $2, and if someone tries to beg for money for food or something, you give them the key. It gives them directions to a shelter where it can be exchanged for a meal, a new set of clothes and a shower. The money goes into programs to get these people off the streets and living normal lives like the rest of us.
You know what's really ironic though? First our government legalizes panhandling, then they put posters all over the city warning citizen's that "7 in every 10 panhandlers will use your money to feed an addiction". What's up with that?![]()

how is he a jerk? its his money. he can do whatever he wants with it. and besides, most of these panhandlers are able bodied people who can find a job easily if they tried harder. atleast try to sell something like the sidewalk vendors in nyc, instead of jsut flat out asking for free money
You just got Spoooon fed

Hhahhaha....you fool, Spoooon was just joking around. Spoooon fed, that's a good one.....
They were just guys on there way to a LAN party sponsered by Toms Hardware. They are all over the place, they smell like sh|t and piss, and they don't leave you alone. It's like a scene from Dawn of the Dead, with the lifeless corpse zombies shuffling through the mall.

Damn, a lot of you guys are cold. If somebody asks me for change I'll give them what's in my pocket or maybe I'll give them a dollar if I have a single. A couple weeks ago I gave some guy a dollar and he offered me a hit of crack:Q Needless to say, I turned him down, but thanked him regardless.

God, I wish it was like -10 out or something.
Then maybe they'll migrate down to Florida or something where the living costs are cheaper.
Florida isn't cheap to live in you dolt.
I get "accosted" about every day myself and don't mind. Bums are people too, if I've got some change I'll help somebody out and if I don't a simple "Sorry man" is all I've ever needed. The other posters who won't even look a motherfvcker in the eye to tell them that they won't give them any spare change are the real horrid sacks.Originally posted by: slick230

Gee, how compassionate of you. You are such a giving person.
Excuse me, but people tend to get sick and tired of being accosted EVERY fvcking day by the same sh|t and piss smelling ambitionless bums. Just get the fvck away from me, you goddamned horrid sack of rotting flesh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sorry for not being able to give them something.Originally posted by: isekii
Why would someone feel sorry for not carrying change ?[/i]
If somebody ever said "That's it?" to me I'd probably say "You're lucky I gave you that". That being said, all of the times that I don't have anything to give somebody I've always gotten a "thanks anyway". You've got some picky bums in your area apparently.I use to give out change and what not until one of em said, "That's it ?" when I gave him the change I had.

After that BS, they can all starve for all I care. If one of em is disabled or something, that's a different story, but all the bums i've seen were healthy 28-45 males.
