I like Dell. I raped them like Michael Jackson trapped inside an unattended Toys R Us with that 17" LCD TV coupon. Made over $1000 now and I still have one free LCD TV left over. :)

I've found that their email support is a lot better and more willing to send out replacement part (I think the important part is making them think you know what you're talking about and being really specific about what needs to be done).

My neighbor stole my dell packages last week and Dell sent new ones overnight to replace them, too. The cops broke into his truck and found the stuff, it was hilarious.

Again, Dell = good to me.

No shens, there's an apt building next to where I live. Actually my buddy owns it. The people just moved in. DHL misdelivered it and went to reclaim it (he actually handed this guy the packages) and the guy denied it. The cops got involved, the guy pretended he wasn't home so the cops consulted with their supervisor then opened his truck. There was a blanket in back with my stuff underneath it. This is the short version, the long version is funnier and more entertaining.

words cannot describe my hatred for dell customer service- to make a long story short,
after 2.5 years, I gave up on trying to get my business account fixed with them, I just pay cash
and would stick it to them everytime

i don't bother with calling them anymore since i don't have a landline. Just use email support instead.
