Friend found this on my propert and says its pot!

pic 3ok as the title says. A friend of mine seen this weed in the back of my place. He claims its pot growing and i should cut it down before the cops come and arrest me.

I have no clue if it is or is not.

anyone know? i looked for pictures and none looked like it.

heh i only smoked pot twice and that was about 17 years ago.

I say you sell it to him. You can test if a plant is poisonous. My army manual says to hold it in the skin on the other side of your elbow for like 15 minutes, and if it itches, it's poisonous. If it passes that test, hold it in your mouth for a certain amount of time (I forget how long). If it irritates, poisonous.
