I like KFC’s wicked wings, which are breaded. Don’t like non breaded because they make my hands messy and I like to surf my phone when I eat

I smoke mine, then toss them in brown butter, garlic, and Parmesan. Can't do the spicy stuff anymore since my stomach surgery :(

wow those look so good

They are really good! I was a very picky eater as a kid (my tastebuds didn't change until like my 20's) & stuff like chicken wings with bones were not on my list of acceptable foods. Eventually I tried them & got used to the idea of the bones & cartilage & stuff, and then saw that video about how to eat it properly (alllllll the meat on the bones) & leveled-up, haha!

So a big part of it for me was deciding to open myself up to the idea that hey, other people liked it & seemed to enjoy it, and being willing to give it a shot, and overcome my internal barriers. Now I make them a few times a month with lots of different rubs & spices & really enjoy them!

I like non-breaded. My favorite is deep fried but grilled/smoked is close second. I don't like messing with oil so I grill/smoke it 99% of the time. I throw some cherry wood chips in for smoke and in about 45 minutes, wings are done. I like to dip the wings in Chick-fil-A Sriracha sauce but lately I've been hooked on Nando's Peri Peri sauce XX Hot. There's never any bones left. My dog eats it all. I know they say never feed your dog chicken or pork bones as it's dangerous and sharp bones can damage their stomach and intestines but she seems to handle it just fine.

The older I get, the more I lean towards capital punishment for the convenience is king crew. There are no such things as boneless wings period and, nuggets don't qualify as food.

Sometimes when I want a delicious, filling, and nutritious meal I'll buy a package of pre-cooked refrigerated Tyson nuggets, dip them in extra virgin olive oil, and microwave them on high for eight minutes. Bam, fried chicken wings better than anything you can get at any restaurant. :D
