To make a screenshot in windows, hit printscreen and then paste into a graphics program, such as M$ paint or your pirated copy of photoshop.
To make a screenshot in *NIX, use ksnapshot or
gimp (File > Acquire > Screenshot).
The thing that lets you use custom skins in Windows XP is StyleXP. I don't have a link at the moment, use google.
Don't use geocities or other crappy free hosting services. Use
