Friday Night! So Godzilla vs Kong - who wins?

Below is a 4K clip from Godzilla: King of Monsters (2019) fighting scene.
[watch clip only if you want spoilers]

Jesus carpenter Christ, Godzilla is powerful.

"There is no way a monkey is beating this shit" LOL YT comments are usually gold. Don't deny it.

I mean how does Kong's flesh resist a nuclear blast from a walking vocano?

It melted Ghidora's wings like a butter. And straight up disintegrated two out of three heads.

I was kind of puzzled when I saw they were making a Godzilla versus King Kong film. No way the primate stands a chance against the lizard.

MechaGodzilla. If you look at the beginning clip you can see something mechanical.

I think both Godzilla and Kong will come to about even. Mecha will be introduced, and both will fight Mechagodzilla.

I'm waiting on Ultraman though. Will they bring Ultraman into this? That would be cool.

Ultraman has no stamina. Five minute and he is done.

The bigger question is, who do you root for?

Audience grew to love Kong in Kong: Skull Island.

Same thing for Godzilla, the audience is sympathetic towards the molten-core demi-god freak

According to the trailer, I think Kong has obtained the +5 Vorpal Sword of Lizard Slaying with +5 Enhanced Nuclear Shield for total damage of 20d20 and 10d8 added protection.

What the hell is that about?

Why pair them for a match? Isn't they're both considered as "good" monster?

To OP if a T-rex(it was what Kong fought last time?) can damage Kong, Godzilla is like a lvl 10000 T-rex.

Anyone with half a brain knows that King Kong would ultimately win against Godzilla; it's man vs. beast. King Kong, like humans, uses tools and can actually strategize. Godzilla is just a dumb beast.

Why do you think humans are the top of the food chain? Check mate.

Says someone who doesn't understand size matters.

I mean I just don’t know. Godzilla isn’t based on a particular animal but typically he’s shown as kind of slow moving.
A Kong sized Ape is going to jump on him & bite him then throttle him to the ground.
I’m thinking it’s a speed vs armor kind of fight.

Godzilla can generate electricity over its body... And has atomic breath. It's a dinosaur blend that got nuclearised.

I mean look at how puny King Kong is, that is the Empire State building.

He is just too random with those powers. He never starts with them.
However I see the point, he could get pummeled for 5 minutes then decide to do something.

Judging by the preview I’m going to guess Kong ends up fitted with some kind of Armor and ancient magical axe thingy.
