I listened to that episode while cringing the whole time.

That Sarah Palin could possibly be in command of the worlds most powerful military, depending on the health of a cancerous 72 year old - I just about pop a blood vessel contemplating this. If this childish hoax can in some small way prevent this from happening, its great. Maybe people will get some cultural perspective on how big of an insult Sarah Palin's inclusion in this campaign is. This dimwit is in the running for the second highest job in the land!

This prank clearly shows that she puts the "D" in DUMB. Granted her staff should have never allowed this to happen, but it didn't dawn on Palin that Sarkozy would have absolutely no reason what so ever to talk to her. She clearly didn't even bother to ask any questions, she just took the call at face value. That's scary for someone who claims to be ready to lead America.

This woman who rejects being educated, thinks it's okay to be ignorant about current events, people, anything that does not revolve around her tiny world in Alaska wants to lead our country? What she needs is a complete overhaul of her education,including courses in general and political ethics; removal of her provincial blinders; and an in-depth study of the Biblical principles that she professes to espouse. After those are accomplished, I'll give sympathy due consideration. Everyone should feel sorry for the American people who have been duped into following her.

For your info I'm undecided on who to vote for but am leaning towards Obama. Hell, I voted 3rd party in 2000 and for Kerry in 2004. At this point he only thing preventing me from voting for Obama is the extreme level of partisianship I see from his supporters. It seems many of the same idiots that were supporting Bush are now supporting Obama. We don't need to create another Frankenstein.

I don't think people like you understand that change is like a curve in the road. One guy can safely negotiate it at 120 mph and the next guy will crash at 80, some even slower then that.

Obama's supporters seem to think he is incapable of making mistakes and will blindly support him. They're like mirror images of the hard core Bush supporters and I find that disturbing.

If I knew that the GOP would hold on to all it's seats in the Senate I'd vote for Obama in a heart beat, because that would balance this rate of change. I don't see that happening though.

Your generalizations are BS and not based on any real data. I've been an Obama supporter since the beginning, and I've posted numerous times that he's not perfect and has made mistakes, and seen other supporters say the same thing. When he supported telecom immunity for wiretapping, many liberals were mad about that. Somehow you cherrypick a few people that are extremely partisanship and apply that to everyone.

Meanwhile, the core of McCain's constituency are the 25% who still can't admit that Bush has done a bad job.

Not only are you wrong in your grouping of Obama's supporters, but you're blind to the fact there are going to blind partisans on both sides, even of independents like Ron Paul. Devout partisanship is not party or candidate specific, and not supporting a candidate because those people exist is a non-sensical reason to make a decision.
