Has anyone had problems trying to sell their copy of Office/Groove on eBay? I don't have a need for mine, so I tried listing it on eBay. There is nothing I can find in any sort of EULA or anything like that that says it cannot be sold, and it is not marked as a "Not For Resale" (NFR) product either. However, I've had my auction pulled 3 times now. The first time, eBay claimed that my listing contained hardware or software that allows people to make illegal copies of software, DVDs, etc. I explained that Microsoft Office 2007 or Groove 2007 do not offer those features at the current time, and eBay then said they mistakenly removed my item. They then told me to simply re-list it.
Now, they pulled my item twice again, and after asking them about it, they said:
"eBay removed your listing because we received a request through our Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program. The rights owner, Microsoft, a participant in our VeRO Program, reported that your listing or item you've listed infringes their copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. For more information about our VeRO Program, go to:

And here is a link to Microsoft's explanation of what they do and do not allow to be sold:

I am having a hard time understanding how they can control whether or not I sell my legitimate license, as nothing I read anywhere either before, during, or after the Launch 2007 event informed me that I cannot sell it. Is anyone else having this problem, and if so, what are people doing to get around this issue? I see that there are still plenty of auctions on eBay that eBay has not pulled.
