Actually, I would believe this website, FreeIPods.com is run by the same company (Gratis Networks) who runs FreeVideoGames.com, FreeDVDs.com, FreeCDs.com, FreeGiftPlanet.com, and FreeCondoms.com. I decided to give a run at FreeVideoGames.com to see if I could get a PS2. I completed my round of offers, accumulated enough points, placed the order for my PS2 and recieved it a week later. All in all, after cancelling the 10+ plans I signed up for, I only spent about $20 dollars total and had a bunch of free gift cards to random places.
FreeIPods.com should hold its end of the deal as well since its run by the same company, just get 5 different email address (of which you'd be 'referring'), sign up on a random offer (not the DVD club cause that'll cost you in the long run) like the AOL broadband which requires no credit card, keep track of the different names, address, and which email they go with. After a few days of verification I don't see any problem with you recieveing your new iPod or iPod-Mini.
I'm not affiliated with Gratis in anyway, I was skeptical at first until I read some other peoples experiences at CheapAssGamer.com and tried it out for myself. Got a brand new version 10 Playstation 2 (retailed for $179.99 at the time) for around $20. An awesome deal, great for eBaying even, will hog alot of your time to call and cancel the services but its still saved me a good $150.
Don't bash on it so fast, do some research =)
