Got the pen
Was impressed by shiny red envelope
Was impressed by the heavy feel of the pen
Was not impressed that the "level" wasn't really level at all
Was not impressed by the fact that I used it for 10 minutes then dropped it from about 4 feet which caused the insides to get mashed up making the pun unusable

Thanks for the free pen though

Mine wasn't level either, and I figured, so what? Still a cool pen. But, turns out the dial on the end adjusts the levelness of the level. And I wasn't impressed with you dropping it either 😉 Nice freebie!

its free so what can you expect. i got mine yesterday. you also lose for messing up your free pen.
 
Got mine yesterday also. I had forgotten I had signed up for this and couldn't remember what it was, so I was pleasantly surprised when I opened that nice package 😉 it came in. Thanks OP!
 
I must be the last person to get their pen...

Nonetheless, its a very nice pen. My roomate got the envelope from our box, and was really jealous that I got a nice big shiny red padded envelope, and more jealous of me getting an engineering pen (he's EE, I'm CS)
 
got mine, but the "turning" mechanism is hosed - ie, when i try to rotate the upper body to cause the pen to rotate out of the bottom, the upper body just spins on the lower body - it doesn't engage. i'm thinking it was free cause it's junk!
