It COULD be a scam. If I were to explain Paypal before it were widely known you would say scam also.

Paypal's fees are out of control and they are dropping the Billpay service. I'm hoping for a competitor to keep them honest.


It looks to me like a business that is trying to gain altitude. But thats just what the perfect scam would look like.

BTW, Paypal game me $25 when I signed up also.

there was a thread on this a month or so ago and some people iirc were signing up then.

at any rate, i'd love to see an alternative to pay pal myself, i won't use paypal. i don't believe this is the answer 😛

Is this still usable without giving any bank info?
Can we still use the "WebCash" without compromising our security?
I wouldn't mind 25 bucks at Amazon.
