It COULD be a scam. If I were to explain Paypal before it were widely known you would say scam also.

Paypal's fees are out of control and they are dropping the Billpay service. I'm hoping for a competitor to keep them honest.

It looks to me like a business that is trying to gain altitude. But thats just what the perfect scam would look like.

BTW, Paypal game me $25 when I signed up also.

OMG Did you guys do a lookup of that Address? Besides the New York Phone number. This is where that address leads

-------------
There's a Postal Annex Near You

Store #177
Address: 8677 Villa La Jolla Drive We Offer the Following Services:
La Jolla, CA 92037

Inside Ralphs Grocery Store.
------------------

So it's a drop box inside a Supermarket with a New York Phone number? Yah Sure I want to give them my personal information / money.

Great--then you tell us where to spend the GreenScam cash.

(we'll be waiting...)

Where's the lock and ban on this thread?

Is this still usable without giving any bank info?
Can we still use the "WebCash" without compromising our security?
I wouldn't mind 25 bucks at Amazon.
