Proof that the Kleenex w/ lotion doesn't chap?

Or proof that the left has unhealthy OCD about political commentators on Foxnews?

1. If you're commentating, be upfront and say it's commentating instead of trying to pass it off as news.

2. Don't go cover "news" while doing shit like having producers of your network organize and cheerlead the very protest you're covering.

If you're commentating, I still expect honesty. Don't lie and create fake "evidences" to support whatever position you're trying to push. Unfortunately, as pathetic as this latest stunt is by Faux, what's even more pathetic is that they'll continue to do similar stuff in the future and the most reliable source among the other media outlets to call Faux on their crap is a comedy show.

Faux should get fined for false advertisement every time they run their "Fair and Balance" slogan.

step 1: change the channel

they're a corporate entity and there's obviously a market for what they're selling, even if it is crap.

It's crap.

But why attempt to be dismissive? so you can go back to watching it?

so let me get this straight, they were talking about an event and used stock footage of a similar event while talking about it. wow, I can't believe any TV network would ever do that. shocking. this demands a congressional investigation immediately.

Fox has been doing a bang up job of making themselves a joke lately. They should change their motto to "We've never seen a news story that we couldn't modify to fit our obvious agenda.".

For having complete control of government, the left is sure throwing one hell of a hissy fit these days. Its amazing one network can do that to an entire political party. Hell they have the POTUS practically crawled up in a little ball under the oval office desk.

Wouldn't be the first broadcast to use stock video.

If this is the worst "lie" from Hannity, I'd have to say he's doing a good job overall.

lol...

Doesn't really matter tho. They held a Pro-healthcare Reform rally and 7 Billion people showed up. Your crowd sux.

I very rarely watch fox news... only if I need some background noise and cnn/msnbc are running commercials, specials, or human interest stories.

It doesn't matter who's in charge of the government. When those we rely on to get us honest news lie, people should be "throwing a hissy fit" as you put it. People can't make informed decisions without accurate information and without accurate information, little things like starting an unnecessary war in Iraq happens. It doesn't matter if the lie helps out the left or the right, it should not be tolerated.

Then why would President Obama and several high ranking members of his administration feel the need to attack them?

When you're using it to show just how big the crowd at a rally is than yes, it is a problem.

So wouldn't the proper way of dealing with this be other news agencies could report it and show the proper pictures and let people decide? What exactly do you want? The government to shut down Fox News over a wrong video? Hannity thrown in prison?

I guess we know why Obama is seemingly unable to make a decision on troop levels in Afghanistan and congress is unable to pass Healthcare reform while thousands are dying in the streets.. surely their time is being taken up by this critical national security crisis.

I think maybe you need to slow down a bit, wait for Hannity's excuses, then just repeat them ad infinitum as if they were your own.

I give it a day

Denial right here.

Oh, and "complete control" means barely a majority because of a bunch of hick state "democrats" that vote republican 99% of the time.

It's ok to lie.... points fingers in random directions and hope that somehow you are diverting attention. Lieing is completely cool.

Easy. Hicks like you just don't care if they lie.. you eat it up. It fuels the ignorant.

Why is it wrong for the White House to want to stop the proliferation of ignorance through outright lies on a "news" channel?

Ok, so what exactly do you want done to Fox News and Hannity because of this? Should they be fined? Taken off the air? (Oh wait, they're on cable).. Perhaps prison time?

Lets assume for the sake of argument you are right.. Fox News LIED about this.. they did it purposely.. What should happen?

Was that counted by the same who also counted the number of jobs their stimulus plan saved or created?

Hopefully more troops don't die in Afghanistan while Obama is taking care of this matter of critical national security.

You realize Obama does not host the Daily Show right?

But its comforting to know how much you care for the situation in Afghan. After supporting the Neocons fucking it up so badly so blindly for so long, getting so many people killed, I thought you didn't care anymore. :( That made me sad...

Between 200 and 7 million people just came together to say "Thank You"
