I wonder if it's time for an email campain to the FCC? I bet this is some kind of violation considering they have not corrected it.

This is something like covering the Vice President's head with a giant red "X", or leaving your microphone on while you take a piss during a presidential address, right? ;)

That has been covered two dozen times already in this thread.

If CNN did it intentionally, it wouldn't have been an X, their news ticker at the bottom would have been scrolling Douche Douche Douche.

But hey, thanks for dropping with your thoughts without reading the thread.

So the fact that Fox corrected their mistakes leads you to believe what?

Anytime. :) No need to be hostile. I didn't feel like slogging through 4 pages of "OMG FOX IS TEH EVIL!1!! THRE CONTROLLING ARE MINDS OMG!1!!!"

lol...it's called a mistake. I realize in this world here that's automatically an assault and an attack and should get me thrown in jail, but geez (of course, if you agreed with me, it'd be dismissable, much like pissing live on the air through a presidential address). I accidentally added a tag in the wrong place. Sue me.

Sheesh. P&N is grouchy today.

Again, if it was a mistake why have they not posted a correction? Believe me if the woman with the accidental open mike had said George Bush is a prick, CNN would have offered an apology.

They did fix it--unlike print media though, it's kinda hard to "post" corrections in the next day's edition.

Touche--but IIRC, the reporter caught "powdering her nose" on the air over a presidential address didn't.

That's not fixing. That's hiding a mistake.
Fixing would be acknowledging a mistake however unlikely i believe it would be.

You don't think that was an accident?

I was watching fox news the night of the 2004 election. While they were going over the returns, analyzing the GOP states, Brit "Douche" Hume said this: "So, WE need 65 more votes and WE have it?"

Fair, balanced, and unbiased. Naturally

Heck what about CNN leaving the Mic on when reporter went to bathroom?

Mistakes happen. Shame on Fox though for making such a big mistake. They just reenforced the belief on the left that FOX is anti-Democrat... oops

Looks like Bush is bribing Fox with our hard earned tax dollars again.
