Ya know, I've been thinking. It's been over a month since T10 patched the game, does anyone want to know how the money glitch I found worked?

Sure. Did it involve buying an engine swap, upgrading it, and then selling it like FM1? And I think FM2's money glitch (which was actually patched since it was an Xbox 360 game) involved pressing the "sell" button at the same time as pulling the trigger (which selects something else), allowing you to sell the same thing over and over and get the money for it without it disappearing.

I was actually thinking that I wanted to pick a Ferrari this week. I built an S class 430 Scuderia last night. Took like a third of my cash money to do it, too, so I may have just painted myself into a corner :p Any ideas on what would be a good Ferrari night? I don't know the classes and cars in FM3 as well as you and Ty do.

the '91 512 testarossa is suppose to be a good ferrari in A class, i dont own it yet but i raced with people on the wingless version and they were all really good. other than that the F50 detuned from S605 to A600 seems to be the choice of people running maple, but it will be expensive and won't have much variety.

Not sure about the S class, most will likely be driving a viper...

Would A class BMW M3s be a good pick? More affordable? I picked that a while back in FM2 and it was a good night of racing.

It's your choice dude. I almost picked M3's last seek myself, go with what YOU want to use! We'll get a car to those with low $$ one way or another.

Methinks I'm going to sell my Shelby Daytona Coupe on the AH in hopes of getting a good chunk of my $$ back so I can fund all these cars.

What glitch did you use? I read about an offline one like Astroman mentioned, but it seemed like more trouble than actually racing...

If anyone bought the AutoWeek DLC, could you tell me what class the 2010 Shelby Mustang is?

Thanks!

Let's just do the A class BMW M3 night. It worked out well in FM2 so hopefully it'll make for some good racing this week.

Ty, i got a E46 coming your way, do you want me to buy a new car or u can send me yours so I can apply my build and tune on it.

u get the light one BTW. the heavy one drives more neutral but isn't as easy to race on as the light one.

It was more trouble than racing, so it's probably the same. It involved where the game saved and where it didn't.

In FM2 if you were upgrading a car and you didn't like the parts you'd bought you just hit the Xbox Guide button and backed out and reloaded and nothing had changed. Well, in FM3 I bought a bunch of parts for a car and didn't like how it was turning out, then I noticed there was a "reset to default" option so I did that thinking that it would unbuy anything I'd bought. Well, I was wrong, it just uninstalled the parts. BUT it also saved the current car setup when you did that. Well, I figured I'd go the FM2 route and hit Xbox Guide and reload so I did so. But when I booted the game up and went to upgrade the car again I noticed that I still had all the parts I'd bought previously AND all the credits.

Yeah, it was a time consuming process but it took maybe 5 mins to buy all the parts for say, the Ferrari 355 Challenge (most valueable parts I could find), quit out, reload, and sell them. At ~$450,000K/pop it was much faster than racing.

Definitely not worth the time spent doing it but for those credit crazed it was effective. I'm glad it's gone.

I wont be able to make it this week, work travel to Houston. I am trying to get back into the swing of things, but life has been very busy. We just had a family move in with us from our native land (Ohio) because the father is being stationed in a base in my new town. The mother is a longtime friend of my girlfriends and her children are her godchildren. Not to mention the demands of a pregnant girlfriend and also trying to get the house ready for the baby. I've spent ALOT of time trying to get the house ready as we have to rehab it a bit as well. I promise Ill be back soon! Every time I have a chance to sit down, it isn't but for a few minutes :(
