Hmmm...I may have to rethink my pick for next week. Most, if not all, of my Transformers cars were run this week...
 
Let me take the kids to the pool and I'll try to come up with another car pick for next week. Want to do something Transformers related but need to think about it...
 
Ok, here we go. Obviously can't get the exact cars from the movie so I tried to get as close to the movie versions as possible. Teams with an A850 Limit. Two car choices per team.

i was in a public room tonight and 3 of them are crazy good. they are running 1:48 on mugello and ripping 1:28s at maple every lap. I thought one guy even got to 1:25.
 
Umm we'll have to see...I bought 9 games for $100 this weekend @ gamestop as they were buy 2 get 1 on used games. i am in new game overload!

Autobots, i would like to share me tunes on this midget racer (solstice), we need all the help we can this week to fight that Audi:

engine: stock drive train, race intake, race exhaust, race ignition, race fuel, stock cam, race block, sports intercooler, racer ubercharger.
handling: sport breaks, sport flywheel, sport driveline, everything else race.
tire: avon race rubber, max width, 20inch rims, lightest wheel of ur choice.
areo: forza front bumper, forza wing, no rear bumper, RK sport skirts

tuning:
tire pressure: 29/29
gearing: default, final drive: default
alignment: camber -0.6 -0.8 toe 0/0 caster 6.2 (now i am not so sure about rear camber and toes as i haven't paid much attention to them, but front and caster should be pretty close to prefect)
ARB 15/7
Spring 369/256
Height: 4.3 4.4 (adjust this to ur preference, too tall u will notice slight oversteer)
Damping: rebound 16.3/13.7 bump 3.2/3.2 (didn't paid much attention to bump but it seems to work ok)
Areo: max front and rear (any corner taken below 70 should be paid extra attention as this car loses grip and will oversteer in slow corner)
Diff: 15%/20%

Car is tuned on mugellen (1:53) but it can take the twisties in RA with full throttle so it's pretty easy to drive.

please try it out and comment.

edit: you can get more power from the car by added more engine and picking the second widest wheel. I am currently exploring this option.

I got my first one tuned to 1:55 on mugello. I think I can tweak a few more speed out of it. I'm not sure of my tune yet, but I think it needs more power. its got like 5.9 accell but only 4.9 speed and tops out at about 143 🙁
 
alright guys i dont have the tune here but i took the second widest wheel and added engine on my car, i then raised it to 4.5/4.6 inch, took a tiny bit off the front ARB and front spring. THEN, I added a bit more ARB to both front and rear to fight with the increased ride height. This car is now capable of 1:52 mugello and 1:53 RA (i couldn't get there i got 1:54.3 but im sure if i tidy it up it will be)

still have problem on laguna, it's just got too much power for such a tiny thing, 1:27s is the norm =(, never broken in 1:26

maple is about 1:31 but i can see it at 1:30.

Yeah, it happened again just a minute ago, Queasy. We tried setting up a career lobby instead of an exhibition one, to rule that out. I'm going to just call it a night, I think. If no sizable group gets any racing in tonight, I say we just do Transformers night next week.
