I'll put in to the paint job as much as time allows. Got martial arts tonight and a t-ball game tomorrow night.

Fortunately, I've already got the car picked and tuned for the most part. 😉 Of course, I don't know if that is a good thing because I've done pretty well the last couple of weeks by going the Spidey route and picking and tuning a car at the last second before we start racing.

I'll have most of tomorrow available to tune and paint, I just don't want to waste practice time, but I would like to get the nicest paint award too.

Do we still have the nicest paint award?

We're going to vote on best overall team paint job and best individual paint job.

We'll see what happens. Lately I've not been in much of a Forza mood (not sure why at all, I still enjoy racing!). I may throw a car together and race but no guarantee. I'm sure I'll spend part of the evening trying to transfer everything (licenses and such) over to the Jasper console I bought yesterday.

Ok fellas there is a minor change to next week's pick -- it is all Spec built top to bottom

2002 Mugen Integra

Race Tires (Firestone)
Max Width
Stock Rim Size
Rims - WORK VS-KF
All Forza Aero Parts
MAX all handling items (brakes, diff, weight etc)
AWD Drivetrain Swap
Race Intake
Race Exhaust
Race Ignition
Race Fuel
Race Engine Block
2nd level Cams

This should give you the following specs ...

Speed - 4.5
Accel - 5.5
Brakes - 6.6
Handling - 6.2

299HP
285lb FT
2175LBS

She won't win the speed race but she should hug the road like mad and perhaps make for some tight racing.

Greg

Good racing last night.

I do owe famous a big apology, I know I bumped you a few times last night.

I like the team racing even though I kept forgeting about the group points off and on through the night.

I just tossed it together and it's a real nice handling car. I had to do a double take on the aero page of the tune settings though, wasn't expecting it to be one of the cars that has "extra" downforce.

heh no biggies, i bump ppl all the time =P

Did some runs on Rd Atl last night and I do like the car, pulling 1:25s - 1:24s with it.

While testing I must have hit everything just right and managed to drop into the 1:23s, but that was just once out of all the test laps I did.

Good deal.

BTW I do have a new C&M variation to try out this week.

It is similar to the new "team" version we played last week but with a change. We'll see how it works out.
