The best entry level job anyone could have is welfare.

http://www.thecommonsenseshow.com/2...the-best-paying-entry-level-job-in-35-states/

In short, for most industrious Americans, it no longer pays to go to work. This system is catapulting our country towards an economic Armageddon. Welfare pays and pays well, until the government turns off the faucet. Then we will have a revolution inspired by the 146 million Americans who can longer support themselves.

Now get to work! Welfare recipients need your tax dollars.

... and lets not forget the people smart enough to stay single, have kids, and no job - claim welfare +benefits but still be in a serious relationship with a person working a 60K job... a family could pull that off...

Wayne Emmerich found that the family breadwinner who works only one week a month at minimum wage makes 92% as much as the breadwinner grossing $60,000 a year.

Holy crap, I'm going to go on welfare and make $52,200 a year!! :awe:

Ok but I wonder if it's tilted in favor of women if they are single with a baby/child than if it's a single guy with a baby or child.

Gotta love the anti fluoride banners and donate buttons! I especially love the "biggest entitlement" called social security and Medicare.

Who believes this crap?

Glad I pay in about $40k in income, SS, and Medicare tax per year so my mother in law, sister in law, uncle, 2 aunts, and cousin can all live off the government. I only hope I can earn more money soon so I can pay even more taxes to help these poor souls.

Why cant we put these welfare recipients on some unused midwest land and let them farm and grow shit to survive? Hell, I would love to live on land and farm. Have a horse, grow my own food.

To farm takes work.

This is all based on a hilariously false study from the Cato Institute a few years back. Not only has it been debunked numerous times, it's been debunked on here numerous times.

Friends don't let friends read nutter websites.

Farmers get more handouts than welfare recipients. Your idea would cost the taxpayers a fortune.

Nope. My sister in law has headaches and her back hurts. She is DISABLED so she has no choice but to sit on Facebook all day. Any sort of work is impossible.

One of the best laughs of my life was when she was complaining about husband #3 because he asked when she would get better and could start working again. She said "you don't understand, I'm like a quadriplegic. I can't work and I'm never getting better!" He promptly divorced her.

How about corporate welfare? Why is that given a pass, especially subsidies for corporations that are billions in profits??

Raise the minimum wage. Problem solved.

Then people stop working higher paying jobs because, fuck it, why try hard when you can coast through life.

So one problem is possibly solved, but how many more are created?

I have to say that The minimum wage jobs I had in life were some of the worst work I've ever had to do. If my job now paid the same as a minimum wage job I would still keep it without batting an eyelid.

I would much rather go back to bussing tables if you paid me $15/hr. Life was a lot simpler. I'm not a pansy. :\

Coast... on minimum wage work? You know there aren't video rental stores anymore, right?

What do you consider an easy minimum wage job?

EDIT: Ah, I see.
