Yes cold throttling is bummer i still dont get how a card would run so cold it would throttle lol, it was a prob with modded bios on the 6800Ultra, and that wasnt using water cooling so i got no clue how core would act up if it was 20C, its prob 20C or more by time PC gets out of bios at boot up.
