It's not there today at the LATIMES site.
OCREGISTER.COM doesn't seem to carry the Fry's ads anymore either.
I think you jinxed us.

Ooops, thought today was Friday (well, it is for me, I have Good Friday off).

Hi there, I am the former webmaster of frysad.com. I was shut down due to legal action from Fry's electronics. Anyway it looks like the LA times has started posting the Fry's ad on their site in almost the exact same fashion that I used to do on my site. That is the entire page as an image map with individual ads linked for a detailed view. I always thought that this was the best way to do it.

In any event I am sure the the times will not have to worry about legal action so this feature hopefully will stay there for some time. they are actually displaying all their print ads at:

http://latimes.p2ionline.com/shoppingchannel/rop

for Fry's select:

Technology>Fry's

Thanks for doing what you did, man. I think a LOT of people really appreciated your site and the hard work that went into it. Take care.

Valsalva

I used to look forward to the new Frys ads on your site, and am glad that I can finally say thank you for your work.

I think the site got shut down because it's not the LATimes. Their website is www.latimes.com. This is a subdomain of p2ionline, which was registered in April 2000 to a company in NY. Just my $0.02.

frysad: I think all of us "old-timers" around here remember your site and the yeoman's work you did. As others said, it's great to be able to actually thank you for your efforts.

Oh for sure! I remember Fry's Ad when I was fresh out of college and became a game tester (way to use that education :p). Every day the Fry's ad would come out, we would check out what deals they had to see if a little Fry's trip after work was in order. Those were DEFINITELY the days.
