one thing i love about my job... salary and still get paid OT...
edit... the one thing that does blow about overtime is that you actually have to show work. we are production based... so i have to do x amount of work each week (if i dont do it... it looks very bad)... thats when i come in and do voluntary overtime (where i don't get paid)...
So if i do plan on working over time... i gotta show x + the extra work which has to be approved. so... in sense... its just doing more work and getting paid the same... we get hour straight hourly pay (that breaken out from our salary) for doing overtime...
i like doing comptime more... thats were you work extra hours and produce work and then roll that into a comptime bank in which you can take random comp days off...
