You can make any phone last for days if you don't use it. 1230mah battery is small.
She's planning to return the phone. She thinks Android is just too complicated and she's going back to the iPhone.
Wow. Its irritating when someone can't spend even a small time learning how to use their new gadgets. Android is no more or less complicated than any other smartphone OS.
Actually, I'd love to see a breakdown on gender & mobile OS's, I suspect that a decent percentage of women prefer iOS over Android.
Android isn't quite as bulletproof as iOS, I handed my Android phone to a woman a couple of months ago for her to look at and I don't know what the hell she did, but she jacked it up so bad in a couple of minutes I was awed...
what did she do?
I heard the iPhone 5 apparently has a 4.8" screen, a 1080p projector, and is powered by a GeForce GTX 580.i have droid x and i usually have to charge 1 or 2 times a day. iphone 4 gets twice the battery life that my phone does and iphone 5 supposedly gets twice the battery life of iphone 4. that will make iphone 5 very tempting

This got to be the dumbest thread.
You're comparing a non-LTE phone on att to a LTE CDMA phone on Verizon ??
- How about comparing it to a CDMA wimax EVO that has the same 1500mah that has horrible battery life in stock form.
- Or a 3.7" HTC Incredible cdma 1230mah phone on Verizon that has horrible battery life.

Inspire has a 1230mah battery, and lasted 2 days.
.....on standby
So its comparable to other long lived Android phones.![]()
The point is, all the doom and gloom about the Thunderbolt having lousy battery live is completely unfounded.
Are you buying a Thunderbolt?
Wow. Its irritating when someone can't spend even a small time learning how to use their new gadgets.
You got irritated by somebody you have never met because they didn't want to learn to use Android?
Wow.
If the subsidized price for the Thunderbolt is $300 like some people are reporting, I'm not buying it.
