When on the rare occasion a young guy called me "bro" I took it as a compliment that I'm not so entrenched in my middle-aged decrepitude that a millennial wouldn't feel comfortable calling me that. I also think its kind of funny when the younger Hispanic guys in businesses call me "boss".

Yeah, what is the deal with the 'boss' designation. I go through periods where I order a lot of pizza and many of the delivery guys are non-white. I can't say what ethnic lineage, but not your garden variety white boy.

And they all tend to call me boss. I would expect something more along the lines of 'yo', 'hey', or even hello.

Hispanic males call me 'boss' here; which is odd, because I too am ethnically hispanic while being skin-color white.

It also makes me a bit sad because it reminds me of when the company I was running ended and a dozen other good people lost their jobs.

You should really set your number of posts per page higher. And gone are the days when you could depend on fellow ATOTers to respond with "My cat's breath smells like cat food" "I like cheese." or answer every dumb question thread with "Because you touch yourself at night."
