The problem is you have to examine a person who is willing to make a claim based on lack of evidence for such a bold claim, what other decisions do tehy base on lack of evidence of sufficient importance to the decision.

If you believe in a god, you assign decision making to a higher moral authority and your own morality can be specified as dubious at best. god told me to do it, it has to be okay.

The weak are influencing laws that affect ALL of us. Religion is not meant to keep to one's self, it's designed to spread like a virus. And that's the problem with religion. It infects a society and prevents true progress.
