Crater Lake has already had snow, and I believe the road around the lake (and the north entrance) are closed. You better check first!

I'd think about hitting the seafood buffet on Friday evenings at the Skamania Lodge after a drive through the Gorge. You will need reservations!

Saturday Market is a nice counter-culture experience in downtown Portland.

Maybe Mt St. Helens...

It's on the same street as Best Buy (I think).

Unless it's part of the new developments near Best Buy, I still don't recall a Mongolian Grill anywhere on SE 82nd.

I agree, Legin is nasty, yet the Oregonian seems to include them in their "100 Best Restaurants" A&E every year. :frown:
