Who has this 100 billion dollars right now? Why aren't they doing anything good with it. Why don't I just kill them instead?

I would have this little conversation with him. "Hey tribesman, I see that most of you when out and hunt everyday for a little bit of food. Your average lifespan are around 40 yrs because of the dangous living condition. Most of your children died at child birth and/or not pass 1 year old because for the lack proper medical treatment. Would you like give up your life in helping your tribe out? Free food. Proper medical treatment, etc... for 20 yrs or so. I am sure they will honor you for your sacrifices."
I then watch him falls on his own spear taking his own life. As promise, I used some of that money to provide free food and medicine to the tribe.










20 yrs later I re-visited the tribe. I see the tribe has a population explosion. The area around got raze down to make new huts. Most become fat and sit around doing nothing. They lost their hunting/gathering skills because of the free food for the last 20 years. As I walk away, I thought to myself. "Oops...".

With the stipulations, I'd kill a lot more than 1 if necessary for 100 billion dollars.

People have killed for an awful lot less.
