No one complains about being caught. They complain about the illegal tactics used by the RIAA. Get with the program.

I don't think they are illegal. If so why isn't anyone suing them? why aren't the feds going after them for thier "illegal" tactics. As far as I know everything they are doing is according to the law.

What he meant to say was "unconstitutional." And for a bill to be declared unconstitutional, it has to be reviewed by the Supreme Court. And they simply haven't gotten to it yet.

Sometimes I'll go looking for a receipt from Circuit City after it has been sitting on file for a year, only to find that the receipt is completely blank. Kindof a lousy system if you like having proof of purchase.

Make copies. Scan them.

yes i've had that happen with best buy receipts before. they fade so fast in my wallet.

Yes. Obtaining a warrant without a judges signature... why is that privelage reserved only for them? Why can't the police do a murder investigation that way? (I don't agree with it, btw)

That's a terrible analogy. The deoderant on your body would be analogous to the song still in your mind. Just like the deoderant will eventually wash away, you will forget the song, and you won't have any evidence of ever owning either.
