Time to change your sig dude.

BTW, why do people drink alcohol? I find that it totally sucks. Does anyone really enjoy drinking toxic liquids? I know I don't.

Cool, real cool. Do us a favor please, and the next time you pull a stunt like that don't bother us with the details, I do not wish to hear about your experiences with breaking the law and endangering your friends' lives.

Yeah, girls are weird like that though...

Grminalac -- I'm not going to waste the storage and bandwidth, just to repost the entire lame rant, just to quote your last post, but it's obvious that you are still too drunk to accept the reality of how stupid you were, and apparently still are.

1. Nobody has claimed they were perfect. To the contrary, those who have been lucky enough to survive their own moments of stupidity have pointed out that your actions were at least as dumb as theirs. Trying to defend it on that basis proves you are dumber.

2. In your case, .06 is apparently too high a limit. You obviously don't know your limits, but all you can do is blame the system for being too strict.

3. I might have had some sympathy for you if you had concluded by saying you had learned something. Too bad it seems like alcohol, and whatever other intoxicants you indulge in, have already fried too many of your brain cells to ever expect a complete recovery.

Conclusion: You're a moron, and it will probably be terminal quite soon. 😕

Harvey everything is ok, take a deep breath, calm down a little bit. No i did learn a lesson, Hell i was nowhere near .06 I wasn't defending myself by stating the legal limit. I was changing the topic slightly just saying that in PA, having a margarita with your meal at chi chis places a normal person over .06. Why did you jump to the conlusion that I was somehow vindicating myself by stating that? To be honest i'm ashamed by what I've done. Or are we just all playing the regular forum game of cut and paste then retort with a witty line. I should not have been driving and I admit it, next time I am out I will not "roll the dice". However someone telling me I should have run into a tree possibly killing me and my friend is a bit harsh I think. hopefully someone reads this post and says "gee drinking and driving is stupid, even if you get away with it." As for myself, i wouldn't want a crack addled driver to "run into a tree" to teach him a lesson.

Nobody here has ever done anything wrong?
Of course we have, we're all human. But you went out last night and willingly and stupidly endagered several lives. It was blind stupid luck that saw you and your friends home safely. To expect people to come into this thread and not give you an earful is just silly. They do so in the hopes that you remember their words and will think twice before pulling such a stunt again.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. &emdash; It's a 24-hour town with a 24-hour tap. They never stop pouring the booze in Las Vegas, which means many come pouring out onto the streets in no shape to drive.

The number of DUI arrests is holding steady in the Las Vegas Valley. But the figures belie the emotional toll imposed by a series of crashes that have grabbed headlines in recent months, leaving 12 people dead and many calling for tougher DUI laws.

A Megabucks winner is receiving lengthy rehabilitation and her sister is dead after their car was rear-ended by a driver with a long history of driving under the influence.

Six teens on a highway cleanup crew are dead after an exotic dancer charged with DUI fell asleep and ran off the freeway.

Another exotic dancer is charged with DUI after driving onto the sidewalk in front of a Strip resort, mowing down a group of tourists &emdash; killing one.

And a man is charged with DUI after his truck plowed into a car killing four, including an unborn baby.

Add a paramedic friend of mine and her FF/Medic fiance to that list. They were killed a few weeks ago.

Wow.. you are very lucky. Next time, just sleep in the god damn car! Seriously... if there's only 2 of you you can recline the seats all the way back and if its not very cold and the seats are comfortable it should be a decent night sleep, too. Far better than risking yours and other lives. Nearly half of all fatal accidents are caused by drunk drivers.

One of the problems too is how are people supposed to get home? In the city, you can always take the bus home if you don't live too far from the bar, you can always walk or bike home if you live really close to the bar (bike home.. lol, I heard that could result in a BUI. Nonetheless I've done it before with a friend. I'd never try driving home after drunk but biking home seemed pretty easy, no harder than when sober). And, like I said before, if you have to drive to the place cause of the location, then just sleep in the car! How hard can that be? Granted if you're 5-6 people its not really feasable, but if that's the way it is then take 2 cars. 3 people per car is fine, one person in each front seat and one in the back. Don't be a moron and drink and drive. It seems everyone drank and drove back in the 70's and 80's. My dad got arrested for a DUI and lost his license for a couple of months for smashing his car into a concrete block (and continuing to drive home after that happened). He learned his lesson. So just listen to me and sleep in the car next time if you must get wasted! 🙂

The beauty of the forum I find are that everyone here is amazingly perfect. Look at yourselves, why you should all be placed on a pedestal and canonized. Nobody here has ever done anything wrong? Please guys welcome to the real world. Think about DUI for instance, the number of DUI's in PA are staggering, its rediculous. It has basically turned into a money making operation for the state. I was in the wrong I admit, but the whole premise of a bar is completely redicuolus given todays laws. In PA, the legal limit is .06. That means if I have two glasses of wine with my hour long meal, and drive home I'm legally drunk. Basically everyone at a bar or club will be breaking the law. Oh yeah lets not forget our president is a drunk driver as well.

Where the heck is Red with that "You are an idiot " link ? it sure is needed here :|

You are and idiot. Ha ha ha ha ha ha.

I'm not perfect.

But I've NEVER been drunk and driven. I have on *one* occasion had *one* alcoholic drink and then went clubbing and danced. I would be well under the legal limit but I felt *stupid* for even having that one drink. SO apart from that I've not drunk and driven. The one drink wasn't enough to make me drunk but I still shouldn't have had it. No drinking AT ALL and DRIVING for me.
