I was going to ask where exactly you would be listening so as to "hear" something like this.

But on second thought, I don't think I want to know.

In a tall glass,1/2 prune juice 1/2 warm water. This will work in about an hour or less. Works everytime.

a warrior's drink!

Lol which reminds me. A few years ago I went to Lake Tahoe with a bunch of friends. We were all getting wasted one night and one of the guys mixed prune juice and vodka and gave it to one of the girls there. She was lovin it and taking drink after drink of it.
...Lets just say that the next morning wasn't too pleasant for her... :D

The spiciest chili you can find. Okay it might not bring on a turd, but it will make your next bowel movement interesting.

Magnesium.... just don't overdo it. ;)

If you go to some health supplement store (such as Hi Health), you can buy Buffered C powder. It's a mix of Vitamin C, Magnesium and some other trace stuff. One scoop in a glass of water, two or three times a day and you'll be very friendly with your toilet soon after. As a plus, your immune system will get a boost.

That's the first thing I thought when I read the title. As stated, "aiding constipation" would mean causing constipation.

To end constipation/cause a bowel movement, besides some of the already suggested, fish oil seems to work well. Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate, AKA Epson salt will work too (and usually has directions on the back), because of the magnesium in it.
If you take a regular magnesium supplement, make sure to take calcium with it.
Vitamin C works. Start with a gram or two first.

There are different levels of laxatives. I would not take ex-lax or anything similar, unless as a last resort. It can cause you problems (read). Go for natural methods first.

Also taco bell mystery meat or maybe a grease hamburger seems to often work.

I didn't think the Magnesium Stearate used to make supplement tablets/capsules was very much?

Cleaned raw celery can be very effective if you eat a few sticks. Use a plain salt dip to help with flavor.

I often set out a few plain cut up sticks with meals ... tasty.
