Maybe TMI, sorry. But hey, if I can't ask here, where can I?

Normally bananas are a sure fire thing if you want ease constipation. But I'm all out. Any other foods you guys know of with similar effects?

Just eat/drink something expired. You'll get food poisoning, but you'll sure as hell be able to poop :p

Craplin' Oat Bran

Better known as Cracklin' Oat Bran. But they could change the name to get the point across.

I'd just love something that'd take care of the constipation by NOT creating a huge gas reserve to forcibly blast everything out. A slightly, perhaps "tamer" solution would be nice.
Damn primitive inefficient digestive system.

Lt. Cmdr. Worf's drink of choice.

"Thank you for the sentiment, Commander, but I'm only going to use the toilet. Somehow k'plah! doesn't seem quite fitting."

That's all that came into my head for some reason - someone going to use the bathroom, and Worf shouting "K'Plah!" after the person.

Popcorn. Eat 2-3 bags a day, it will be gone in 4 days tops. Lots of fiber in that stuff.

Worked for me. On the 4th day I literally felt the clog dislodge and come out. Sounds disgusting but felt damn good at the time.

Wouldnt something that aids in constipation block you up and not give you the runs?
