Flu shot still sore

So I got the flu shot yesterday on my left arm and the whole top portion of my arm is sore, is this normal ?

yup normal. you worry about infection if pus or discoloration happens with spot injections, otherwise soreness is fine.

Slight redness and mild soreness (not bad pain) is absolutely normal for up to a week, with each day seeing improvement.

If pain or redness continues to get worse over the next few days, you may want to give a doc a call to see if there is a particular reaction you should look for indicating a more serious problem.

Usually people hate the live virus inhaled flu vaccination because it gets them sick faster, longer, and doesn't actually vaccinate.

Last time I went to the doctor I got 3 back-to-back. Tetra, Booster, and Flu. Yeah, sore is an understatement.
