well, if you're getting flowers, order as soon as possible...I was goign to order from proflowers.com...wanted to check on my girlfriend's dorm address...it was 29.99...after 2 days, it was 39.99....I ordered it at that price...
I check today...it's at 49.99...

Valentine's Day and Roses is such a racket these days!!! Decided to send my wife a potted orchid instead...this way she'll have something that won't die in 2 weeks and I won't feel like I got ripped off paying jacked up prices for roses just cuz it's Valentine's Day. I'm probably going to regret telling you this, but... if you go to a local Trader Joes, they have 2 dozen roses for $20, half dozen for $7 and they looked better than the ones at the local florist. Buy it now and leave them in vases so you don't have to deal w/ the rush on Wednesday/Thursday.
