What about those. How many outliers until they are not outliers? The point is, that if it were truly about guns, then those should not exist. Guns make it easier, but guns themselves do not cause violence.
didnt the japan knife attacker kill 19 or 20?
At a center for disabled people.didnt the japan knife attacker kill 19 or 20?
The christian taboo morality and its childish conceptions of "good" and "evil" must be partly to blame. American children more than any other civilized nation are taught to feel shame most of the time about most everything. I'm probably just making this up, but his adoptive mother did denounce him as "evil." It's that kind of mentality... cmon gais. cut it out. Enough with the christianity.
Mental illness in my opinion doesn't cause mass shootings. At the very least its not clear at all if a causal relationship exists between the two. I think its more likely that mental illness is associated with mass shootings like smoking is associated with schizophrenia. I find it hard to see reason in basing a policy to address gun shootings on a premise that is essentially unprovable (the premise being all shooters are mentally ill). This is strange. Guns don't cause mental illness, but it can drive someone to want to commit acts of violence and guns become a tool to accomplish that. Smoking does not cause Schizophrenia, but Schizophrenia can drive people to smoke because of what smoking does.
Weird post.
Mental illness in my opinion doesn't cause shootings or at least its not clear at all if a causal relationship exists between the two.
Thank you for posting this! I think I fell in love with this man a little bit.Embedded the video.

Plenty of cases of mass shootings being at least named as a principle catalyst or cause of a so-called "mental illness." Right now those families are probably filing insurance claims.Mental illness in my opinion doesn't cause mass shootings. Where are you getting your figures?

Well, I disagree. You'd be a fool to try and shoot it. Also I think his message is a good one. Did you listen to his words or feel his words or was your main goal in watching the video to just be a prick? Pretty loud voice in your head is it? If you let your inner asshole be your outer voice it'll always win. Feeling proud of yourself?why? he didnt really destroy the rifle
If we want to save lives, and America is the outlier with a bunch of psychopaths hoarding guns, then the answer is to probably remove guns rather than to wish away the sick depravity of many individuals. I mean, what's a greater loss of freedom, restriction on personal property, or forcible reeducation?
I'm not sure how anyone imagines that we'd "fix" these people's minds. Especially not with the bill of rights.
Seems to me, gun control is a lesser sacrifice.

We can do some things that may help a little but people need to be honest and just say they want the 2A abolished so they can get busy making the real changes they want.

How are you going to ban a high capacity handgun? Make them only revolvers? Because any magazine fed semi-auto can be extended to high capacity.
Why are the only options guns removal or wishing? Why can we restrict guns and deal with the fact that the US has a society problem?
