Bush knows who he is and where he stands. Once he makes a decision he sticks by it.

That is the biggest load of crap I've heard in a long time. Boy, are you ever blinded.

It takes a bigger man to acknowledge his mistakes and try to fix them than to deny and or cover up his mistakes.

This is for you shinerburke...

# Bush is against campaign finance reform; then he's for it.
# Bush is against a Homeland Security Department; then he's for it.
# Bush is against a 9/11 commission; then he's for it.
# Bush is against an Iraq WMD investigation; then he's for it.
# Bush is against nation building; then he's for it.
# Bush is against deficits; then he's for them.
# Bush is for free trade; then he's for tariffs on steel; then he's against them again.
# Bush is against the U.S. taking a role in the Israeli Palestinian conflict; then he pushes for a "road map" and a Palestinian State.
# Bush is for states right to decide on gay marriage, then he is for changing the constitution.
# Bush first says he'll provide money for first responders (fire, police, emergency), then he doesn't.
# Bush first says that 'help is on the way' to the military ... then he cuts benefits
# Bush-"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. Bush-"I don't know where he is. I have no idea and I really don't care.
# Bush claims to be in favor of the environment and then secretly starts drilling on Padre Island.
# Bush talks about helping education and increases mandates while cutting funding.
# Bush first says the U.S. won't negotiate with North Korea. Now he will
# Bush goes to Bob Jones University. Then say's he shouldn't have.
# Bush said he would demand a U.N. Security Council vote on whether to sanction military action against Iraq. Later Bush announced he would not call for a vote
# Bush said the "mission accomplished" banner was put up by the sailors. Bush later admits it was his advance team.
# Bush was for fingerprinting and photographing Mexicans who enter the US. Bush after meeting with Pres. Fox, he's against it.

(Hope you don't mind Monsta. I stole this from your old thread.)

So I'm wondering how this expl, anation fits in with his denial of owning an SUV?

I'd like to know how that translates into anything meaningful for a presidential election.

lying?
hypocracy?

pretty important to me

Unless it's lying about why we invaded Iraq. Or lying about the environment. Or lying about John McCain and John Kerry. Or lying about former insiders. Or lying about war costs and Medicare costs. Or lying about corporate cronies. Or lying about the thousand other lies out of the Bush-lite administration. Those are OK.

May I also add that even when Bush finds out he is wrong, he still sticks to his old decisions. Remember he told Tim Russert that although he now knows he went to war with Iraq based on "faulty intelligence", he would still go to war now, knowing what he knows now. This is what Mario Coumo called "insanity".

Nice diversion by the Bush-God fanboys.

They can't admit that Carville is speaking the truth.

He isn't speaking the truth IMO. Just because YOU hold the opinion that Carville is speaking the truth doesn't mean it is true;)
Nice try though conjur.

CkG

Edit - well said shinerburke :)

They learned from the best. Their antecedents in the Clinton administration were masters of diversion, obfuscation, and attacking the messenger.

I am all for Kerry..

But where is CkG calling all this bush bashing especially the known facts of his flip flops rhetoric and personal opinion?

Maybe he decided to hide from this one.

When confronted with incontrovertible evidence that Bush was in the wrong or flip-flopped, CkG shuts up rather quickly.

And you both are FOS. YOUR opinion or the opinion presented by a political adviser is not the necessarily the "truth" like I stated before. Ofcourse I expect nothing less from you two, so go ahead and call it "truth" because you agree with the opinion. Meh - bleat on:D

CAD rarely, if ever, provides factual evidence to back up his claims. He merely says, "bleat on", as if the argument isn't worth his time. Hey CAD, why don't you try proving yourself for once?

There isn't anything to "prove" here. It's about OPINION and political advisor's OPINION on the difference between kerry and Bush. Ever take time to see which side he is on? Cripse - you bleaters rant and whine about Rove and others yet seem to just lap it up when Carville opens his flapper.

So yeah - if Carville had facts instead of Opinion then i'd respond in kind - just like i did here. Opinion for opinion.

Ldir - forget to sleep last night?

No, I haven't "ducked" anything. I have already addressed this issue. gaard tried to play the same game - he lost. I already explained the political posturing game and how it affects both sides.

Yes, that southern drawl of his just woos us all oh so much.....

Personally, I do like to hear his opinions from time to time, just like I like to hear from others who are on the far end of their sides. Do I take everything they say to heart? No, but those types do bring up, on occasion, interesting topics worth researching.

Well, apparently you HAVE ducked it. Again. I looked back at every post in this thread and I do not see where you answered the question. Has Bush flip-flopped or not?
