I like the peaky one I got. It actually looks decent on me. Bought a few more - one peaky, one scrapper and one boston bourbon - they are all 8 panel caps I think.

More my jam than the 1 or 2 panel caps or even the 5 panel caps. I like the 6 or 8 panel caps.

Boomer - try a Columbia hat.

They offer high crown and mid crown styles.

I rarely wear a hat, mainly for hiking and I prefer Arcteryx trucker hats for that duty.

Columbia makes decent stuff. I have one of their 3-in-1 jackets...but I'm still wanting to get away from the baseball/trucker caps.

Updating. I got a Hanna flat cap in a gray (grey?) herringbone pattern for Christmas. (I went into the local Irish pub and picked it out) Nice had...then I ordered the Mucros "Patchwork C" cap in my first post. Seems a tiny bit too big...so I ordered the same cap in large instead of XL. Too small, plus they sent the wrong cap. I received "Patchwork A" instead. (different color patterns) Sending it back on its way to Doylestown, PA. (Perk, go kick them in the nuts for me, please.) So...I'll keep the one that seems a bit too large. There are...tricks" to make it fit better.

These caps being hand made, one cap in a certain size might fit completely different than an identical cap in the same size. (off by maybe 1/2 to 1cm can make a lot of difference in fit)
