That seems like such a hilarious and petty thing to cheat at lol. But I guess it was all about getting the prizes. Basically stealing. The organization should make them bring the boat and other stuff back at the next tournament gathering so everyone can stare in shame as they unhook it and sign it back over. Bonus if there is an announcer on the PA system giving a play by play.

Damn they really are taking this seriously lol. I mean, it is fraud and theft so they deserve punishment, but if they just went and stole that stuff directly without cheating at an event, they'd probably get less in trouble, if at all.
